The challenges facing them

Blue Totem Communications, a prominent player in the communications industry in the APAC region, approached me with the challenge of upskilling its senior leadership team. They sought to enhance various key areas within the team, including confidence, self-awareness, drive, motivation, and effective communication with external stakeholders. Recognizing the importance of investing in their leadership, Blue Totem embarked on a journey to empower its senior leaders and propel the company forward.

The approach I took

In collaboration with Blue Totem, I designed a comprehensive year-long coaching program tailored specifically to the needs of the senior leadership team. Through a combination of one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and personalized development plans, I worked closely with each leader to address their unique challenges and goals. Together, we focused on building confidence, enhancing self-awareness, fostering motivation, and refining communication skills, equipping the team with the tools and mindset needed to excel in their roles.
