Susan gave me the tools to think critically about my perception of myself and my role in business. Susan showed me a perspective that was positive and so far removed from my current thought processes it ignighted confidence to take control of my circumstances and move myself forward.
What stood out was the ability of Susan to really hear me and understand what I meant in order to affect change. I was most surprised by how much I could take more control of me destiny and move from a position of feeling powerless to a positive, more confident, more in control position. I think the power pose will stay with me – a physical representation of mental strength. I felt very different at the end of the coaching. I felt that I have a toolkit I could draw upon and that there had been a fudamental shift in my self belief.
