I had the pleasure of participating in a program of coaching with Susan Basset in Singapore, in conjunction with my role as Head of Investment Services (Asia) within Schroders. I found the sessions an avenue of contemplation, and realisation. That said, I found the core of the coaching sessions, which centred around challenging, championing and questioning an excellent way to focus and re-focus on core elements of my day to day function, and the more strategic deliverables in the longer term horizons.
Susan operates in a manner that allows for unhindered dialog, allowing for sub conscious considerations to reveal themselves, highlighting often a new light on the issues that may lie ahead. I can only say good things about the sessions that we had, and I am certain they had a positive impact on my decision making within the corporate environment.
